   3rd time we go to Terra Gaucha. Every time the experience is amazing. Fantastic service, even better than in Brazil or in that other place “Fogo something” lol Miguel went above and beyond making sure everyone had a wonderful experience

   Wow! This place is amazing! The meat is super tender and service is on point. They definitely hired waiters and servers with the perfect attitude and attentiveness to customers.

   The food at Terra Gaucha was very good, but the wait with reservations was about 20 minutes, and the waiting area was cramped and chaotic. The tables are very close together in the restaurant, so I got bumped by passersby multiple times during my meal. Our main server was OK, but the servers bringing the different cuts of meat around were very attentive and did a great job. They clearly know how to cook meat, and I appreciated the truly Brazilian touches on the salad bar (rice and black beans, hearts of palm). We were a little disappointed in the overall experience, but it is very possible they were just having a bad night, and we will definitely give Terra Gaucha another try.

   We checked in 20 minutes early. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. The restaurant told Open Table we were no shows. We told Open Table we dined there and loved our meal. The attitude, service, food all were very good. It is crowded to get around to the buffet and back with the tables so close together and the servers with their skewers going from table to table. The place was packed with multiple table turns. We will return but before the peak crowds so it will be a little more room.

   Todas las carnes les faltaba sabor y sal yo creo tiene que encontrar un condimento exacto para sus carnes y tengan un mejor sabor.💰 All the meats had no flavor and salt. I think they have to find an exact seasoning for the meat so that it has a better flavor.💰

   Service was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. As soon as the meat options started coming around there were so many options and there was never a dull time, you were constantly given meat options if you wanted them. The cold bar and side options were also numerous and very good.
