   Food, ambience, and service were very good, but when I ordered the Seabass for $40 plus it supposedly came with vegetables, the Seabass was great, but there were paltry few vegetables. That was really the only disappointing part of the evening Otherwise everything was good

   The experience was terribly misleading. The photos look nothing like what the restaurant actually looks like. It very much looks like a continental breakfast kitchen for hotel guests, rather than a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Not sure why that would be a listed restaurant on Open Table. The menu online and what they actually give you there is different. The server actually encouraged me to leave a negative review and mentioned that this has happened in the past and he has had to deliver the same bad news to others. Apparently, management is terrible at updating the menus on their website. My husband and I just walked out after that without eating there. You have to pay for parking to get to this place, so save your money, go somewhere that's actually nice. It's not worth eating here at all unless you don't want to go out while staying at this hotel.

   Hi Valeria, Thank you for your valued feedback. Our website is currently up to date with our menu details and information, however the pictures we had did not reflect what our current menu is. I spoke with our marketing team and they will able to pull all of our older photographs. Please keep in mind we are in the midst of updating our breakfast and dinner menus and will be updating our website regularly. In relation to parking, we are located right off of Mil Ave which has street parking available if you do not wish to use our valet services. Our Front Desk will validate your parking ticket should you spend $50 at any of our restaurants We thank you for brining this to our attention and we hope you will think of joining us again when we officially being our new menu. -The Westin Tempe

   Our dinner arrived at our table close to a hour after we placed our order. The food arrived and looked like it had been sitting all day. We were looking forward to the jalapeño cheddar biscuits. The biscuits were stale. The side of the restaurant where we sat smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Overall just a disappointing experience. Our server was friendly though .

   The valet insisted on us paying him $18.00 cash to park our car - in spite of us telling him that we had dinner reservations… After dinner we went up to the front desk to get money to pay the valet, and the front desk said it’s free parking. Shane in the valet / scammer 🙁

   It was first thing at noon and very empty. Nice seating. Didn’t feel jammed with tables. Service excellent. Just had a chicken club n fries but really good!! Had its own flare way beyond cafe style. Espresso martini really tasty!

   Not impressed with the dining room. We expected a nicer room with seclusion. The huge TV on the wall was very distracting with basketball on Christmas Day! Very tacky for such a beautiful day. We asked if the channel could be changed to something not so distracting & we were told No! My Husband & I did the best we could on our Christmas Day. We will never return to this place again. Sad because we live in Tempe. The food was just so so! Our Waitress was a sweetheart & she made our evening tolerable.

    We spent the holidays at the Westin Tempe and dined with Terra Tempe both for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner and both did not disappoint. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and our food was delicious. I really appreciated the low-key vibe and ambiance of Terra Tempe. We'll be back for sure!
