   Service was extremely slow - we were told there were actually no servers working. Our entrees came almost an hour after the appetizers without explanation and we were missing one entree altogether. Because of this, the comped a few of the dishes, but overall seems like they’re still new and working through operations.

   Loved this place! We sat outside and the kiddos got to make their own pizza which came with little chefs hats!

   We are so lucky that the same people who brought Santa Chiara to our neighborhood opened up Terrone! The pizza is heavenly. Last night we also ordered arancini and the burrata with prosciutto and everything was incredible. From the ambiance, to the staff, to the food, this place never misses.

   The food was so fresh and delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful too. 10/10 recommend!

   Really nice location (i.e. LIC waterfront) and friendly staff, but this restaurant is struggling. Both courses of food were served cold, and our appetizer was served incomplete – we ordered an "upside down pizza" and received a small plate of cheese with sauce, no bread. We flipped it over multiple times trying to figure out what went wrong (or what we were missing). Also, one of the two bathrooms was effectively non-functional – apparent broken door (didn't close or lock) and no toilet seat cover. Overall confusing experience. We won't be back, but I hope they can turn it around. It would be nice to have another authentic-Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.

    We had a wonderful meal. Unfortunately, it was a bit too windy to dine outside, but that is a great option with spectacular views.
