   I enjoy Terroni so much I have it booked 2 more times for me and my wife the food is outstanding and the servers were amazing. Terroni is fantastic

   This has been my third time at this location and I was quite disappointed with the service. I was celebrating a friends birthday and upon arrival we were seated at a table in a timely manner. However after this point the service was mediocre at best. The bar manager greeted us and offered to bring water. The server in the section looked over at us and never once came over to say hi or introduce himself. He continued to serve the tables in his section without even acknowledging us. I was embarrassed as I brought my friend here to celebrate her birthday. After waiting for over 5 mins for someone to take our drink order, the bar manager came back, took our drink order. Here is what lacked in hospitality: she never once said "I'll be taking care of you tonight" we had no idea who was looking after our table. Our drinks were delivered by the bar tender while the server in the section continued to chat at the bar with other employees. Our meals were brought out by another manager and again no one asked us if we were celebrating anything, offered any suggestions or discussed specials. No one asked us if we had been there before either. We were not treated like guests, just a table ordering fast food at a QSR. At the end of the night I asked the bar manager if she was our server to which she defensively said "yes I am was everything okay?". I appreciate that managers take tables and help out but to have a server fail to greet us, just stare at the table had us feeling so unwelcome.

   We were very disappointed with the experience overall: we had invited guests to dinner. No alcohol free beer at all was available ,so my guest had water. (we were told the beer delivery had arrived with our of date supply) On giving my order ( instead of from the get-go) I was told there was no fish special available , I was offered an alternative not to my liking. When my guest requested some onion on his pizza he was told such a request was not possible , and advised to pick a different pizza with onion, which he did not. The whole experience did not feel hospitable, not very friendly. Disappointing +

   Another wonderful lunch at Terroni Price! Delicious food and great atmosphere. So pleased the chickpea Parmesan fries are now a regular menu item - definitely try them if you haven’t. Pasta special (4 cheese ravioli with oven-roasted tomatoes) delivered on taste and portion size. Another fantastic meal at our local favourite.
