   Was very disappointed. Let me begin by saying the food was incredible. Only one or two items weren’t my cup of tea but I don’t hold that against anyone. The part about it was the service and that atmosphere. They were very busy. VERY busy in fact. The issue was I saw one waitress being rude to a young couple and the woman was pregnant. Second our waitress was very inattentive. Normally when busy I don’t complain but I watched her many times standing around just talking with other co workers while I asked for the check and was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. It was our first time there and we had no idea what the process was. She came over took our drink order brought our drinks and didn’t come back for over ten minutes. I had no idea I was supposed to just go get the salad bar. (Which in itself is worth the money) There are a lot of other things that went wrong service wise I don’t want to bash too much. I just want people to have an expectation when busy. The one thing that really upset me was I was given a gift card for $100 for Christmas and our waitress said she couldn’t use it because they were too busy. I’ve never heard of something like that. People pay good money to give someone a gift card to have an awesome time at one of their favorite places. This whole experience was very upsetting considering how excited my wife and I were to try it.

   We waited 30 minutes past our reservation. The male hostess was rude. Our waitress, who we could barely understand brought our drinks and never returned until we were ready to leave. The salad bar was ok. The sides on the bar were terrible. I got the potatoes augratin and they were complete mush, and brown, the taste was horrible. We were brought a lot of different meats and they all had a really bad flavor/aftertaste. We left hungry after paying $120 bill. I mostly ate salad which I could have done at home. This was our Valentine’s date and we have never been more disappointed or dissatisfied in a restaurant. 0/10

   Reservation at 6:15 it was 6:41 before they could seat us. Ate nearly the entire meal without anything to drink. It took 40 minutes to get a water refill. The food was good but the service was terrible. Very loud and the tables are very close together. It felt like we were eating with the strangers next to us.

   The food was absolutely fantastic! Everything was so tasty. The restaurant itself was EXTREMELY busy. We had made a 6:15pm reservation a month prior to our date, and we still had to wait more than half an hour to be seated. The people waiting to be seated were all standing around in the area between the tables and the Salad/Food bar, so it was very difficult to navigate through the people to get to and from the food to our table. The tables were also extremely close together. We felt like we were eating with the people next to us. This was also a little awkward with the servers being able to fit between the tables to bring the meats. A couple of times, a servers backside was against our table as he was serving the table beside us, because there was just no room. All of the servers were working very hard and moving quickly. Other than the overcrowding and the space issues, the food was absolutely outstanding.

   Great food. Drinks are very expensive. I noticed not many people where ordering drinks. After seeing the prices I saw why. Server was a little forgetful. Place was packed.

   Great restaurant. Couldn't eat the chicken due to it being not fully cooked. Everything else was great!

   Valentine weekend. Restaurant was packed. We sat for long periods of time waiting for meat. Finally left. Salad bar was great. Tables were almost touching.
