   It boasted an inviting atmosphere and attentive service, which certainly set a positive tone for the evening. However, the food left much to be desired. While I appreciated the effort put into seasoning the meat, it ultimately fell short in terms of quality—it was disappointingly dry and lacked the rich, tender experience I had hoped for from a restaurant specializing in meats. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience felt underwhelming, as the dishes seemed comparable to what one might find at a more casual eatery, all at a significantly lower price point. While I commend the staff for their attentiveness and the pleasant ambiance, the mediocre food makes it unlikely that I will return anytime soon. I was hoping for a memorable meal, but it just didn’t live up to expectations.

   We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we were not seated on time. Once we were finally seated, we waited 15 minutes before receiving water, and only after flagging someone down. We never had a dedicated server, which made the entire experience frustrating. Throughout the meal, service was slow and inattentive. Our plates were the last to be cleared, and we had to wave someone down just to get our check. It felt like we were completely overlooked. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, the lack of attentiveness and service made for a poor dining experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

   Made a reservation for 7:45, when I got there I was told I had to wait and didn’t get sat until 8:20. Our server was okay, not the nicest. The grazing bar was fair, nothing crazy. Our meats were often cold and either cooked so well done it was like jerky or they were very raw. We were there for a birthday, not once was there anything special with that. Overall not a great experience and will not be returning. Much rather go to Fogo de Chao

   Servers constantly bi-passed our table to serve a table next to us. Very frustrating.

   The food was great, but the service was terrible. We have dined at many Texas De Brazil locations around the country and this location was by far the worst. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order, then we were completely done with our 1st round of salad and soup bar and our drinks (not even water) had not shown up. The servers with the meat were extremely slow to come around to the tables. We waited for drink refills and the server didn’t even remember what we were drinking and brought us the wrong thing. Great food. Horrible service. Because the service was so poor, it made it a bad experience.

   I guess they only cook well done if asked cause it was hard to get the beef. I had to wait everytime.

   It was a good experience- we had a 4pm reservation which was great but our waitress was extremely slow to help us. The filet mignon was raw and still cold and the lamb was not very good. The rest of the food was great and the salad bar was great.

    We always have a wonderful time here. The salad bar is always full of delicious options and very filling. We especially like the hot foods like potatoes gratin, jasmine rice and sauteed mushrooms.
