   This is my favorite restaurant. FOOD WISE. I hate the fact that there is just a make shift waiting area to be seated. Very jumbled up entrance to get checked in. I feel like they try to pack way too many people into the restaurant at once.

   They sat us in the back behind the wall and we hardly ever seen meat come thru the temperature we wanted so we ordered lamb chops well done to eat some meat and they were burnt smh. I had to tell the manager we weren’t getting meat much less well done or close to it. Finally one of the meat guys told the other meat guys to bring out well done meat after 45 minutes. It was a terrible experience. Texas came up super short for a 187 bill. I should’ve walked out. Even the crème brullee was terrible and super thick. One side was cold was side hot lol. This was the worst experience ever and we have been to Texas de Brazil over ten times. We never going back to the Lexington location ever!!!

   We ended up being sat at a table by the bar and our waiter was the bar tender. It was a holiday and they were busy but it took 20 minutes to get our drink, never got the special holiday menu and did not get our cheese bread, potatoes and plantains until we were almost done with our meal. The meat that was brought around was all rare to medium rare after asking for medium well and even though our disks were turned to green I had to flag down people to come with the skewers. After we were done eating it took another 20 minutes to get our bill which had been wadded up and was wet then delivered to our table.

   We were charged $8 for ‘spring’ water and the meat was cold.

   Food was great! Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Inside is gorgeous, upscale and unique. Worth the hour drive for us! Our server was so busy (Valentine’s Day) but she was so kind and attentive.

   The meat the waiters bring around wasn’t as good as expected for the price. It also took them half an hour to come around so we could fill up on the less expensive salad bar first. The drinks were good and our personal waiter was nice and helpful.

   We are regulars here at TB and typically the service is outstanding and food fairly decent. They were obviously not prepared for the holiday. Our server stopped by twice, once to take the drink order and again to deliver them. Outside of bringing the check, he was just absent (totally in the weeds). You would have thought they’d have all hands on deck for a full restaurant. There were maybe 6-8 meat servers for the whole restaurant. Ours kept hacking at the meat and it bleeding all over the table. We asked for medium/medium rare. The meat just kept coming out raw, it was barely warm. Tried several and went back to the understocked salad bar. We’ll be back, though never on a holiday. They simply can’t handle a crowd

   It wasn’t the greatest experience ever for an intimate place, but the food was better than average for would be price value. The ambiance was good but was slightly loud (this was Valentine’s Day at 5:45 pm though. Main issue was lack of meats served.

   Had a nice dinner with my husband last night for Valentine's Day. When we were sat down we were greeted by our waiter whom was very nice and informative. One issue that we had was , we could barely hear her due to the the loudness of the room. There needs to be some sort of sound control in there. Also, our waitress was kind of scatter brained in some cases. For example, My husband had asked her for a refill of water. instead of her coming to our table with the water, she went to the table that she had just filled his cup up then walked away. 5 minutes later she comes back and asks us if we needed anything and my husband told her politely that he still needed his water which she finally came back with. She took forever to bring us our check. All in all it was a great experience. Just wish we had a little bit better service. Will definitely be back since it is one of our favorite places.

    Excellent service on a very busy night. We arrived a bit early for our reservation and sat at the bar to order a drink while we waited. Even though we were unable to get a drink before our table was ready, the bartender was very transparent about how busy he was with tickets and apologized (unnecessarily) about not being able to get to us. Once we sat down the food and drinks were getting to us in a surprisingly timely manner for how packed it was. The food was fantastic and well worth the price.
