   We love this place, but had a not so good experience this time around. We arrived early and ordered a drink at the bar. Shortly after, our table was ready and the bartender said she’d bring our drink to the table. Our waiter finally asked what we ordered and went to get it. Finally got our drinks about 15-20 minutes later. They kept bringing the same steak, chicken, sausage around. Asked our waiter and another server about the ribs and lamb since we were told about it when we sat down, he apologized and said they were short staffed. He literally went and started preparing the ribs himself and eventually brought it to our table, this after we had already just sat there for about 10 minutes just waiting. The waiter brought my husband another drink from the bar… he took his glass from the table and came back with another drink in the same glass with the same melted down ice, no fresh ice even. The bartender was inefficient and slow considering there was hardly even any customers in the restaurant, maybe 10 tables total. Our waiter was good and was hustling, unfortunately he was the only positive part of our experience.

   We were seated at a wobbly plastic table beside the meat cooking door. It was also very cold there. The waitress offered to help us move all of our dishes to another table instead of asking the other employees to move our things. We didn’t move because there were a lot of dishes on our table & it would have caused a scene. I felt the staff should move us. We tried nearly all the meats. The flank steak was the most tender & flavorful.

   Texas de Brazil was fantastic! The meat was so tender and juicy, and such a wide array to choose from! Extensive salad buffet and everything was so fresh! The servers were so polite and helpful and our waiter was so attentive. Definitely recommend! A must try.

   This place is set up like a cafeteria style place. I have been to several Texas De Brazil's and they were cozy and dim light for a date. I was not pleased with this location at all. Food was great and service was great but the atmosphere is bad. Noise and lights kills the vibe.

   We have been to Texas de Brazil numerous times, and have a great experience every time! Last night for Valentine’s Day, our waitress, Kim was OUTSTANDING! Although she was very busy, she always made sure our drinks were filled & made sure we didn’t need anything! Thank you, Kim for making our Valentine’s dinner great!

   We love this place!!! We drive from Shreveport LA to here about 3 times a year...the drive is worth it.

   I was overwhelmingly impressed with this restaurant from start to finish yesterday on Valentine’s Day. My husband and I had never been there and I made reservations 2 weeks in advance. This place is so classy. The service was awesome, the meats were totally amazing and so flavorful. The salad bar contained such beautiful selections of vegetables, cheeses, fruits, combinations from different cultures…soo fresh and delicious! The dinner was accompanied with very tasty mashed potatoes and fried bananas with condiments for the meats. Book this high class restaurant for your next special day…you won’t be disappointed!!! And, the desserts were heavenly!

    This was our 4th visit to Texas de Brazil and we always had great service, great food and drinks. We will be back
