It was surprisingly not busy and didn’t need a reservation that early for New Year’s dinner. The reservation worked fine however.

It was Xmas day and packed, so my expectations were not really high. The service was EXCELLENT.. the food was subpar.

I never get good service here. We asked for separate checks at the start. At the end we got 1 check for the 2 couples. We asked her to split it and she got it all wrong. We had a BOGO coupon for one of our 2 meals and she gave most of it to the other couple. Now we look cheap having to correct it, so we don't. And I am done hoping that the next time will be better. Also, I ordered a steak. It was the smallest steak I have ever received anywhere. Looked like it should be served on a stick with several other piece.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant on a Saturday night. Service was terrible, food was cold, our order was inaccurate. When we spoke to a manager, he listened, but didn't take anything off of our bill - not even the cold food, inaccurate order. He made sure we got our food, but that was it. He offered dessert, but we didn't want dessert. Wouldn't go here again!

The ribs were delicious, but the coleslaw tasted terrible. Not too crowded, so it wasn't too loud, the waitress was training someone and seemed kind and courteous.

We came on a busy Saturday night and were extremely grateful for using Open Table and avoiding the line. We were greeted quickly and had great service. The restaurant sounded like a dance club, we struggled to hear each other talk the whole time. My spouse and I both ordered the pick 2 for $15, what a deal! We both ordered the sirloin, then one for salmon and the other fried shrimp. I ordered medium rare and received medium (no juice coming out of this steak). She ordered medium and got well done (not even close to a hint of pink). We didn’t say anything because it took awhile for her to check back so we made do with it. A1 was almost able to cover up an over cooked sirloin. My daughters ribs were tasty, but not a lot of meat on them.
