   The experience could’ve been better if there was enough ventilation outside the resto. The fact that it's summer and hot, the mgt should have been more prepared for the setup. But still good food, the 375php promo has a serving that can be shared.

   Hello & Good day! I would loved to express how happy me and my kiddos on our dine in last march 16,2025 and that was my 30th bday. I booked my reservation for 5:15PM but arrived there late like passed 6PM i think.. but I and my kiddos gets accomodated by the manager and receptionist efficiently. We supposed to be on outdoors seat but they let us be in indoors seats and walked us by with spacious table & elegant. It's a great experience ever!! They said the foods will be serve within 15-20mins. but it got served less than 15mins. Perfect!!! Crews are very friendly and always smiling and caring. We tried TGIFriday's all day-everyday meal for just P375 with 1 appetizer, 1 entree and an Iced tea. I was surprised with the serving.. thought it is just for solo but the serving is huge and good for sharing. we almost not to finish our foods but one of the crew offered us to take it out and it is very classy that the crew hand us over our take out food in a handy paper bag with label of "THE BISTRO GROUP" Amazing.. Will come back soon again with my whole family :)

   I booked a table in advance for my birthday. When I came to the restaurant and gave my reservation, it turned out that the restaurant was full, and the staff did not reserve a table for our group of 10 people. My husband and I had to walk around the restaurant ourselves and find a place for ourselves from what was there. This is despite the fact that there were 3 children with us. It was unpleasant.

   I recently dined at TGI Fridays in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with my team and had a wonderful experience. The lively, fun atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a casual meal.

   Made a reservation agmhead of time to ensure that we get seated as soon as we arrive since were on an 1 hour lunch break. We got there and no one was sitting is for 5 minutes. Walked up to a staff and said I have a reservation, she ddnt even ask for my name. Finally a table was free so we were abel to sit. We all ordered the P375 meal. Our orders arrived in batches. 40 minutes - incomplete meal, no drink, lacking thr appetizer. My liempo was cold. Didnt think of sending it back bcuz I waited a long time! My friends order came after almost an hour! Service was really bad. It looks like they lack staff thus what happened. Llooking around when we left, there were untouched meals outside, and we assumed thr same thing happened to them!

   Our orders took 45-1 hr to arrive. Even the nachos wasn’t served even AFTER 1 hour, so we just decided to cancel it. Truffle pasta was also dry, lacks the right amount of sauce. Poor service.

   Food as usual is great and with the promo, we got great value for money. But seated at the outdoor area, the service is bad. Hard to call a server’s attention from ordering to getting the bill. I had to directly approach them to get the bill and we waited more than 30mins for it. We could’ve easily walked away if we chose too.

   This is an extremely busy branch to go to on sa Saturday evening. Their crews are stretched too thin to accomodate customers on time. It took them around 20 minutues to get our orders, around 30-40mins. to serve and complete our orders, around 20 mins. to take our additional orders, 10 mins. to process our payment, and around 15 mins. to give us additional paper bag for our takeout. Noise level is too high for a restaurant, too.
