   Planned , what I thought, was going to be a lovely/fun/delicious experience to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday. We arrived at 7:25, ordered drinks, then the waiter came back 10 minutes later wanting our food orders. He Apologized for not having drinks, and then asked for our food orders. We ordered an app and our main courses. All drink’s(sprite, ginger ale and lemonade)along with the appetizer and dinner came within 10 minutes all at the same time. All our entrees were barely cooked. I mean who wants to eat half cooked salmon?!Yuck The restaurant was not even at half capacity, so not sure why we couldn’t have a decent seat while also feeling rushed with the staff circling the table. Not blaming our waiter, who was very nice, but clearly he/staff didn’t read the room in our disappointment. Within 10 minutes he asked if we wanted dessert and then handed the check. My husband and I didn’t want complain given we were there to celebrate, so we suggested we go elsewhere for a dessert. The portions were so small(I mean who charges 18 bucks for bread?!) and there wasn’t even 4 rolls for each person at the table. All of our food was barely cooked. I also was super annoyed given I let the restaurant know ahead of time that it was my son’s birthday and wanted to be seated near the window. They closed off the room with the beautiful views and stuck us close to the bar. We literally were done before 8pm. I live in the area and will never go back or recommend to anyone.

   We had low expectations for a hotel attached restaurant but were happy with the food. We had to chase down our own silverware but otherwise no complaints.

   We came for drinks, waited 25 minutes for a server, then another 25-30 for our drinks to come out. I ordered the keto spritz which is not what I received but didn’t see her again for 40 minutes, so just made it work. We needed to leave for another reservation but our server was nowhere to be found. By the time we found her and asked for the check, we had to push our other reservation back. It took another 30 minutes to actually get the check after asking and we were feeling very frustrated. We sent part of our group ahead to get our other reservation and we stayed back to finally get our tab paid. We would have ordered more drinks if the service was faster. This was our first experience here and the place is so cute so we were pretty bummed :(

   I went here for my birthday and I all I wanted was an outdoor patio to sit at and this place came up when I was looking online. I even made a reservation for an outdoor seating space and when I got there they told me that I couldn’t sit outside even though there were empty tables on their patio. I just don’t understand why you would allow me to make an outdoor reservation if i’m not gonna be able to eat outside. As for the food it was pretty decent I got the steak and frites which was nicely cooked and the sauce was flavorful. The fries were honestly the best part very crispy. My girlfriend got the chicken pesto flatbread and which was not horrible but the chicken was very dry.

   We love it!!! It was a MUST repeat upon returning to Residence Inn Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. I love the piano music and singer - love love love it! The food is superb. Waitstaff are very attentive. Alcoholic beverages on point - always great. Thanks for a wonderful meal. See you next time (3rd time).

   We were a larger party, and we thoroughly enjoyed Bar 101. Our cocktails were tasty and reasonably priced. Plus the happy hour menu offered something for everyone - to include good food. The team at Bar 101 was awesome. Service was very good, and the ambiance in the bar was more sophisticated yet still inviting. The burger, sliders, and soups were all very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we will be back!

   Mia, Juan, and Bijan provided excellent service. The French toast and lamb hummus were phenomenal. I will definitely return.

   Food was good but was not asked how I would want my steak cooked. Mistakenly given food when it didn’t belong to our table. Also overheard the table next to us never got their food.

    This was way better than anticipated. The food was delicious. We went on Valentines Day (with a reservation we did not get until the night before) which included a Prix Fix menu. The food was tasty and not too much. I left feeling full and not over fed. There was a jazz trio playing. The room is not overly crowded which I very much like. The decor is a mid century vibe. The views were nice overlooking north Michigan Ave. We had a great view of the Allerton sign.
