   Overall, our experience here was good. As it was graduation weekend, we give it a pass on the hectic nature of the crowd and the noise. The food was good, the drink selection was tasty, and the server was generally attentive (albeit new). There was an hours-long thunderstorm (think purple on the weather radar) that pruduced a lightning bolt which hit a nearby transformer. This fubared the food order system, but the restaurant did what it could to get things right. The only suggestion I would make is when something like this happens, the manager should comp an appetizer for your patient customers. We would return here.

   Extremely long wait for food and drinks. Wait was 45 min for our appetizer and 1 hr and 15 min for 3 orders of wings. Will not return.

   We had dinner on New Year's Eve. It was over $200 for a dinner for 2 that included soup, entree, 2 sides and a dessert to share, plus 3 cocktails total and tip. It was around 6pm and the restaurant had very few customers at this time. The staff was very attentive and friendly, however, the food was not hot although the filet mignon was cooked perfectly albeit a cheaper cut of meat. One of the sides was just burnt tasting rice that was supposed to be risotto. The tiramisu tasted good and the cocktails were great.

   The ambience was perfect for the occasion! The Jules were awesome to listen to while eating the delicious food! We weren’t rushed and never really had to ask for anything.

   The restaurant has a fun look and good location. When making the reservation on OpenTable I did not realize it was inside a hotel. As for the food, the menu was very small which isn’t an issue but unfortunately the food was not good. The kitchen was clearly having issues. It took 45 mins to get our appetizer, 1.5 hours for two of our dinners to get there food and 2 hours for the remaining two dishes to come out. They were all burgers and were dry. The fries were good and cocktails were good. We were not made aware of any kitchen issues until the last dish was served. We thought we had just been forgotten. We will not return.

    Absolutely horrible experience!!! Would not recommend and will never ever go back!!! Food was fair, but service / simply awful!!!!!! Apps came out reasonably timely - dip was fair but wings were cold and fair at best. The restaurant was not full and it took almost 3 hours to get our dinner order - and it was just 3 burgers. Drinks not refilled and table not cleared in between apps and burgers. Cleared the table myself and went to the bar to get more drinks and refill our water glasses. Absolutely ridiculous!!! No wonder it was half empty and the only place in town you could get a reservation. If you have reservations - unless you are desperate and do not care about service - strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
