Food was average, prices quite high for such a low key setting. Tables & stools were uncomfortable but it was a quick lunch anyway. Wouldn't eat there again, I will maybe try the next door area.

I wanted to be in the wine bar however yet again have been sent out the back , this issue needs to be sorted at time of booking otherwise I’m likely to end up in the same place again ?

Love going to the Ballcourt Hotel as the staff are always friendly and helpful and have never got bad service from any. The food is good value for money especially if you love large meals could be slightly smaller but if too much they are happy to box up for you to take home. We go there at least once a week if not more when we want to enjoy and sociable drink and a meal.
