   My best friend and I decided to give this place another try — we’re on a mission to try different holiday bars.. however, the last time that we came, which was in July— we were set in the same section, in the back near the patio and exit door. The last time that we were sat there, it took A VERY long time for our waiter to come &, once she DID come— our drink and food order was taken but, the drinks NEVER came. The table next to us had the same issue but, was informed that their food/drink would be on the house due to how long it took. My bff and I were not offered this. No worries, we paid for our food and left. Well, this time, we were sat in the same section & guess what? No service. Servers walked back and forth passing us for at least 10 minutes until one guy said that he’d be with us and then, he disappeared. My bff & I quickly decided that, this was enough & decided to leave. Thankfully, we were near the exit and walked out—unnoticed, I’m sure. We were so sad because, we were really looking forward to trying the holiday drinks.

   Drinks were great. The food was not so much. Burgers lacked flavor, meat was over cooked and dry, buns were stale and crumbled apart. The service left a bit to be desired, especially considering they auto added 20% gratuity.

   A fun holiday theme outing can be had here. However, our server kept forgetting about our table. The runners were getting confused on where to bring food—one girl was going to place the incorrect order on our table had we not said anything. Aside from this the all the holiday drinks were pretty good. Would probably come back on a week day, it would probably be a more pleasant experience.

   We had a really good time here for their holiday bar and it was nicely decorated for the season but the only downside was the 2 hour time limit on reservations because the bar was pretty backed up. It took awhile to get our drinks so it felt really rushed near the end because of the slow service but the strict time limit. Normally totally okay with time limits on tables but wish it could be adjusted/service time could be taken into account on busier nights so people feel like they still get a full experience instead of a rushed one and being hurried out.

   So cute with all the holiday decorations! At first we were seated outside in the drizzle but they moved us to an apartment door table which was so much warmer. Great service & tasty food. The drinks were strong & delicious with cute rubber ducks, a plastic reindeer, umbrellas…..the works. We loved the experience:)

   Our server was great knowledgeable and friendly. Very tentative and food came out very fast. Drinks took a little bit but that was totally fine. Still a great place great area fun and pricing was perfect.

   Always a fun experience. Food is yummy and holiday drinks are delicious. Tinsel Club is super festive and decorated tiki cool. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill, no matter your party size, service and/or food quality and I’m not a fan of that. Overall, definitely recommend 🍹

   The christmas overlay for bamboo club was very festive, the staff Jolly and the drinks .... Well santa would be stumbling down the chimney. I enjoyed everything from the aesthetically cute drinks to the appetizing meals. Decor was very fun and truly brought the griswold family christmas vibes with a touch of zombie elves and tiki flare. Perfect for couples and large groups of friends.

    Strict 2 hours max, but you can always switch to the bar if there’s room. Great fun!
