   This was my first time at The Banquet. The food was good and quite reasonably priced. Drinks were the same. The Tyson fight was on, and it was so loud on the main floor that you had to shout to have a conversation at the table, so that wasn't great. The Flames game was happening that night, but it wasn't on any of the dozens of TVs. I asked the server if we could get it on a couple of TVs to watch it. She tuned one of the TVs to the game so my side of the table could watch, but others couldn't. And when I asked if she could tune another one so my friends could watch it, I got a pretty abrupt "no." Ok then...but the TV was showing the Ducks game, and no one was watching that. So, I think she had enough of my requests. After a supper of watching the pre-Tyson fights and people getting the crap beat out of each other and seeing profuse bleeding, we went upstairs to play pool. It was way better up there and much quieter. I wish we had eaten up there in the first place, but I'm unsure if it's the same menu.

To clarify, both the main floor and upstairs share the same menu, as it’s all part of one venue. We did have the Tyson fight on that night, which added to the energy (and volume) on the main floor—we’re sorry if that wasn’t to your preference. While we aim to accommodate all requests, it sounds like there was a miscommunication regarding the TV adjustments, and we’ll address this with our team.    Excellent Service at the Bowling level and main floor dining. Food quality and presentation was average at best. Will come back for a drink and bowling but not for the food

   Most of our table had the banquet burger and it was so incredibly salty. I had booked here for my husband’s birthday and wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion. Also, we don’t drink and I was a bit disappointed that they don’t offer more “fun” non-alcoholic drinks, just virgin cocktails and Shirley temples. We went downstairs and bowled after dinner and would definitely go back for bowling! we also preferred the ambience downstairs. We may try appies instead of mains next time, but the service in the bowling alley was non-existent. We had a friend join our party late and the server never even stopped to ask if they’d like food or drink. Overall, this is a kitschy place to have some fun, but perhaps not to celebrate a birthday or eat a decent meal.

   My wife and I went for an afternoon date day to play some games of bowling and had a great time. Blake was our server who was great and also served up some KFC sliders which were delicous. There was another couple bowling a couple of lanes over, so the noise level was minimal other than pins being knocked down. We had a great afternoon and will definitely be returning for more bowling and food. Thanks again to Blake for for taking care of us.

   I was a bit disappointed I booked on here clicking on birthday and that I put in the special notes as well that it would be my mother’s birthday. Get there and we get sat down we asked for time to pick drinks. Then after we placed our drink order it took thirty minutes to order our food then an hour to get our food. It was fully dead at that time. Our food was amazing that was the only good part. But I didint know there would be no birthday service cause there was none. No desert. It was sad and heartbreaking. The waiter was to dismissive. I will not recommend to anyone to every go here for someone’s birthday

    This evening was impartially busy with Halloween parties going on. Our server Agatha was very pleasant and remembered us from a previous visit. She took our orders and shortly thereafter our food arrived. We ordered the banquet burgers which are always a hit. For dessert we shared the apple crisp , normally they are delicious, melt in your mouth but this evening it was just ok. A bit cold and lack luster Regardless we will be back soon as this is a favourite!
