   Incredible food. We had oxtail with grits, seafood Mac and cheese and the seafood omelet. All wee amazing. Nice vibe, music, good service

   My boyfriend and I went to dinner here yesterday before prom and it was AMAZING!! Our waiter, Dwayne, was very attentive and funny and the food was fantastic! The music was a little loud at times so sometimes it was a bit hard to have a conversation, but thats my only note! Everything else was outstanding :)

   Overall I enjoyed this restaurant. The service was a bit slow because it was Mother’s Day. And it was extremely crowded. The food was amazing so that made up for the service.

   Our waiter must have talked to us twice after he took our order in a 45 minutes span. I ordered a tea, the hot water came in shortly after but the tea bag was 6-7 minutes behind it. No spoon no cream no sugar. Oh, and tip is already included in your check. No wonder the effort was so minimal!

   the drinks, appetizers, and food came out at the same time. half of my moms order didn’t come out. the server was nice, but barely came to our table. it wasn’t busy at all by the way. had high expectations and was dissatisfied.

   I ordered the chicken thigh and vanilla bean French toast. The French toast was good, but the chicken was too salty. The waiter was good about discounting the order and bringing me bacon, although it was undercooked. My mother ordered chicken and waffles. She liked the salty chicken, but her waffle was kind of soggy. She didn't ask for a fresh waffle. For 10:30am in the morning, the music was too loud and not suitable eating and digesting food. Overall, the experience was just okay. P.S. The flooring in the entryway is super slippery for some reason. I had on rugged, high top Converse and I was still slipping with every step. Customers beware!

   Service was awful. We were seated 15 minutes before even being asked for a drink order. Another 15 went by before we could order food. Our food all came at different times. My pancakes were tough, and I found a hair in it. My friend's sandwich was wrong. I would avoid.

   When you have a waitress as a bartender, their service to customers at tables lacks attentiveness and customer service. The busgirl was more attentive to our needs than the waitress. Also the automatic gratuity for any party less than 6 isn’t fair as a customer because the waitress gets an automatic tip percentage regardless of the service you receive.

    This was our first experience at the Breakfast Club. The hostess was accommodating with the selection of seating. The ambiance was nice, but too loud. The food was good, and the server could have been a little more attentive. Additionally, I did not like the 18% service charge that was already included into the bill. I believe that the servers should work for the tip, through their service to the customer, verses already having a guaranteed tip included. It takes away from their motivation to provide great service, which also impacts in a customer's will to tip even more than the 18%.
