   Based on the reviews, we had high expectations for this establishment, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. The 90-minute dining limit felt restrictive, and service was lacking. It took 30 minutes before anyone offered water, and that was only after I spoke up. The waitstaff had minimal interaction with us—there was no check-in on our meal or offers of assistance. Both the host and our server appeared disengaged, going through the motions rather than providing attentive service. Additionally, there was a bug in my friend’s drink, and despite sending it back, it was still included on the bill. When we brought this to the waiter’s attention, he mentioned that the host did not mention it to him, but he did eventually correct the check.    I truly enjoyed myself and so dud my friends. The atmosphere was TOPS. Thestaff was friendly and polite. Very approachable and attentive to their customers.

   I was disappointed that a place that serves breakfast all day does not serve coffee. We had to go next door to get coffee after the meal. The food was good and the service was okay

   We had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. The place was only half-full when we arrived, but we were still asked to wait a few minutes for a table. It took 45 minutes to get our food (chicken biscuit and an omelette). Some of the food ordered wasn't brought to the table. Additionally, I had already completed the part of my meal that did arrive before the waiter ever checked on us. Despite repeatedly asking for a water refill, none ever came (meal duration: 90 minutes) Of the two desserts listed on the menu, they weren't serving one of them. The other (bread pudding) was, oddly, served cold but in a mini cast iron skillet with a puddle of what was to have been a gelato on the side. Overall, a very disappointing second outing at this restaurant.

   Met friends for a birthday dinner on 2/23. My reservation was at 4 and due to a “hiccup” on the staff’s part, we had to wait for a table. We were seated at around 4:30. I had heard really good things about this restaurant and was really looking forward to a good time but unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The food was delicious but usually servers bring out courses together or don’t have large gaps of time in serving drinks and dishes. It’s a very popular and busy restaurant so maybe they’re short staffed. I’d like to give it another try and hope that the service will be better.

   It was just okay. Definitely not worth the $200+ we paid for really light in color pancakes, dry scrambled eggs… the staff was pretty nice, service was kind of slow but somehow the customer is limited to 90 minutes 🤔.

   Malachi Legal and Strategic Services Team enjoyed our lunch at The Breakfast Club. The food was very good. Service was great. We were served and back to work within an hour.
