   We requested a high top table but were seated by the front door instead! No apologies just told, it’s very busy. It was very crowded and loud so, we couldn’t talk to each other. The food hasn’t hot or very good. Over serves seemed tired and overwhelmed. We won’t be back!

   Should’ve had more dessert options; only two available. Ran out of strawberry shortcake and our party does not like the taste of coffee.

   Mother’s Day pre fixe, spoke with manager on the night of 07 May about dietary restrictions regarding gluten and garlic for one person. They indicated the pre fixe didn’t accommodate these dietary restrictions but one person could order from the regular gluten free menu. If they had said they couldn’t that would have been fine and we would have just cancelled the reservation. When we arrived we were sat without the GF menu so we had to clarify with the hostess who confirmed there was a note on our reservation and got a GF menu for us. Then the waiter came by and said we couldn’t use the menu so we had to clarify with him, then he had to confirm with his manager again. Came back and everything was fine so we ordered. After we had finished our appetizers about 20-30 min later another manager came up to us and started saying we couldn’t use the GF menu and clarifying they would somehow make the existing menu GF and garlic free. We said we were confused and we had already ordered and she seemed confused by that too and said we had no issue then. The whole situation was very weird, our waiter overall was a bit rude, forgot our place settings and the food still took so long, about 2 hours total) even with the pre fixe menu (the only thing we ordered differently was one gluten free Wally salad). Our check was also given to us with 4 pre fixe charges AND the salad we ordered so we had to tell them to take the extra pre fixe off. Really bummed about this because their regular food/service has always been good. I would recommend not coming here for any special holiday if you have any food allergies.

   Very dissapointing. Food was mediocre at best- on par with chain gastropubs/sports bars, which isn’t bad but this place seems to tout itself as higher end. Prices reflect that. Service was unorganized and staff seemed to not like eachother with our server speaking ill of a manager who came over to try and fix an issue we flagged on a drink we were served. Overall, i get the concept- fancy-looking instagram-worthy bar in the food desert of montco, but this is poorly executed. I would recommend making the drive to the city instead of settling for this place.

   First time at this location and overall good experience. We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was great. Our server was a bit aggressive and pushy. They continuously kept approaching our table rating to rush us (clearing a plate you are still using, trying to take a glass that isn’t empty, pushing us to order when not ready). I also asked for a very minimal adjustment to a simple drink served at any bar and was told no. The reason was not worth the fight as they clearly didn’t know much about cocktails. I will return with trying a different server out or sitting at the bar.

   The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous, we went for brunch to celebrate a birthday and we were not the only ones doing that there. So many good items on the menu and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails are definitely one of the high points. We will be back without a doubt.
