   Great place for the kids & family. Love the hockey/sport theme. The roof top patio is set up very nicely. The customer service was great. Will definitely go back again.

   If you are looking for amazing food and great service, I would recommend checking out The Canadian Brewhouse. It was my first time there and I was concerned it would be just fast fried pub food but was surprised to find that they have a large selection of different food options. As a person who has food allergies it was so refreshing to go to a restaurant and not have to worry. They made note of what allergies I had so there was no chance of a mix up in the kitchen. Our server Megan was absolutely amazing and a delight to deal with. Will 100% be going back again!!!

   Honestly the worst restaurant experience. Was there for my sons birthday and had all family come too. Shared 4 times that all the pops were flat. Waitress could care less and put in no effort to care to resolve or even offer water while we wait. Dinner portion sizes were laughable and yet again waitress could care less. Wrong dessert and and items asked not to be in food were still in food. Poor service and middle of the road food. So very disappointing.

   My wife and I had the best time at the Canadian Brewhouse in Kitchener. It was a date night for us and the service was amazing, to go along with the amazing food and wonderful atmosphere. The staff made us feel like we were part of the family.

   Our waitstaff was overly attentive while we were waiting for the last person of our party to arrive. Our drinks and appetizer arrived very quickly but we had to wait a longer time for our main courses to arrive. The chicken Alfredo was very dry and tough and tasted burnt. The ribs were tasty but not moist. The beef dip was ok but not great. The prime rib special was ok. The beef was med rare but very dry and cold. The potatoes were very very cold. The replacement potatoes were hot and very tasty. The mixed vegetables were served hot and were very good. The chicken from the Alfredo was also replaced and was tasty. We noticed that quite a few meals being served to other customers appeared overcooked. But other meals looked very appetizing. The manager was apologetic and eager to make things right.

   We were allowed party of 8 and enjoyed great attentive service . Our orders were all correct, food was good and the service was great. Good portions cooked well. The ambiance was good and I imagine if a sports game was on it would be a fun place to be.

    The server was fabulous. The seating leaves a bit to be desired, they tried to cram 6 full adults into a booth for 4. We had to ask to be reseated to a table. The food was typical pub food, but sub-par on some. We got the supreme pizza and it was fine, the power bowl and ravioli were ok. The 2 burgers were gross. Inedible. The fish was ok. Had to ask for utensils. The server was fabulous though so there is that. Will not be going back.
