   This was our first time at this restaurant, ordered steak special, steak was cool( temperature) when brought to our table, asked for it to be heated up, manager took back to kitchen to put on the grill to warm it up, forgot about me for roughly 15 mins. Called him over as he had forgot to come back. Then brought over another steak, by this time my wife had already eaten her meal. This was not a very busy time at the restaurant, staff seemed very disorganized. Was not a great night out, was hoping for much better.

   Server clearly didnt want to be there. She didnt have any sense of customer service. Stared at her ipad rather than interacting with us when coming to the table. It took 15 minutes from the time we were sat to have anyone come to the table. I had hope for this place but the service was a really big turn off.

   Atmosphere is good if you like sports bars and multiple screens in your face. Food was decent, your typical bar type food. Service - not so great. We did ask if they were short staffed and the manager confirmed they were. Regardless - it took almost 10 minutes before we were greeted and another 8-10 for drinks to hit the table. Food did not come coursed, apps hit the table and our entrees followed 30 seconds after. Server quality checked the table when we were 3/4s done the meal. We asked for boxes at this time which took at least another 10 minutes. After the boxes were dropped, no one came back for a solid 15 minutes at which time we asked for the bill. The bill took another 10 minutes to come. Food was worth the price - service not worth the 18% tip (which was the minimum percentage). My boyfriend and I both work in the service industry so we are lenient when it comes to service as we can understand being in the weeds. Regardless - waiting 10 minutes to be greeted is unacceptable.

   First time here and it is was an outstanding way to enjoy an unhurried lunch with friends. Our service was worth taking time to write about. Kimberely was attentive and unassuming as our hostess When asked about her favourite menu items she spoke with knowledge and shared insight on over half a dozen dishes. Kimberely also provided insight on the many dishes prepared flesh in house. All the team seemed genuinely happy to be there and helped out where needed. A good choice

   Very good service and was gluten free accommodating to 2 people in our group! The gf chicken wings were outstanding !

   Two members in our party ordered salad… which was definitely not worth the price. The bowl of iceberg lettuce they both got with some toppings was pretty sad, that being said they did eat it all so they taste was there- but don’t go for the salads lol my son ordered nachos for one, but when the kitchen made the order they made nachos for a party lol so that was a welcomed mistake, they let him have that for the nachos for one price. I had the club sandwich, it was awesome, and their fries are so so good. Go for the pub food, it’s great! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet, though I could see on game nights it could be very busy and loud.

   Below mediocre for service and food quality. For the price they charge, service should be much better. Noise level is rediculously high. Even after were moved from the football section to a booth. Husband's main came before the app. When we pointed it out, we were told that the kitchen made a mistake with the app (added ingredient he asked to take out), hence bringing the main first. Zero communication from the server on that. The rest of us did not even finish our apps before the mains came. This was apparently due to order system mulfunction because of the fire alarm that went off while we were being seated. Our friends ordered extra cheese sause on nachos. It never came. We had to ask 3 times. Then husband's app came. Made wrong AGAIN. By the time I got to my main dish it was unpleasant (chicken parm) as the breading became all mooshy and pasta was very meh. We asked to speak to the manager. He came over and told us that it was a rather off night for them due to the alarm going off and messing up the order system. We listed all the issued with the experince and he voided my husband's app and our friends side of nacho cheese (a whopping $1.99). We did not even bother to order desert - just wanted to leave and be able to be able to hear one another again. Overall a 0 stars. Day following the dinner both of us are having stomavk issues. So, never going back there. I do not recommend.

   fun, casual atmosphere, great place to go to eat, catch up with friends and watch a hockey game. Generous food plates and the dill dip is great! The staff are attentive and fun. Tyrell was a great server and provided great food and beverage suggestions!

   It was our first time at the Canadian Brewhouse. It’s a great sports bar with a lot of TV’s. The lunch menu was a great value and the food was very good. A lot of gluten free choices for one of the members of our party. The service is slower so give yourself extra time. Overall a good pub.
