Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The fire alarm went off and it was ear piercing. We were told it was burnt toast but it went on for a while…..our server was very gracious and apologized but if it was only burnt toast there should be a way to turn it off

    Excellent waitress named Jamie. She was awesome. The Steak was amazing and I also ordered the Tuna Steak. Just OK, I should know better than to order seafood at a steak house. I will go back but not in a rush.

    Amazing staff!! From the time you meet the great valet guys until the end of the meal was an absolute great time!!! Definitely going back to this wonder place. Hats off to the chef and the cooks behind the lines! Thank you so much again!
