Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. I had the surf and turf and my his husband had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly! We always enjoy the Au Gratin potatoes which are AMAZING and the grilled asparagus. They surprised us with a beautiful silver platter and 2 mini desserts as an anniversary gift for celebrating with them.

    We came to Capital Grill for a birthday on a Wednesday evening. We were seated at a nice quiet table in the Main Dining Room. Our server was Tae, and he was absolutely the best throughout the meal. He was very attentive and made for a perfect birthday celebration. The cocktails were very good. The sliced filet and salmon were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

    My wife and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Capital Grille. We both started with oysters, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I had the grilled salmon special, which was cooked to perfection. My wife had twin lobster tails, which she really enjoyed. Our server was friendly and professional. we had a wonderful dinner.

    we came 1 hour and 15 minutes before close. service was a tad bit slow which is understandable but other than that the waiter was amazing! he gave me a nice happy birthday dessert along with my crème brûlée. i truly enjoyed myself
