Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I have dined at Capital Grill many many times and will continue to, but I will never have lunch in there again. The service is not what I was expecting.

    We took my mom for her birthday lunch and at 78 she walked out feeling like the most special person in town. From Lauren at the front to our waiter Jose, and Daniel. As well as Emily in the bar and manager Lamar all taking time to talk to her and making her feel like a queen. All very professional and knowledgeable but also very personable where they were authentically being engaged in our experience. Thank you!

    We celebrated our anniversary and everything was perfect. Service, food, ambiance... all five stars. Great wait staff. Went out of their way to make the evening special.

    Fabulous. All around amazing experience. Food was delicious, I only wish they offered brunch weekly. Great way to spend Easter Sunday!

    Food is always incredible. I don’t usually want any extras with my steak but the Au Poivre at Capitol Grill is so good! The service is always top notch too. In our recent visits we’ve found that we really like eating at the bar. Bryan takes really good care of us and is just great, as well as the other servers in the bar area. Emily is also wonderful!

    The atmosphere was awesome. The food was great. Our Waiter Dominic was very professional and was always checking on us to see if everything was okay. I will highly recommend this place.
