Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server, Erica was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and fun. We were seated at a LARGE corner table/booth and they had placed heart decorations and a Happy Anniversary card on our table. They also gave us a magnificent free dessert for our anniversary. The food was excellent. I had a surf and turf special with two 4oz tenderloin medallions and two 3oz lobster tails. My wife enjoyed scallops with lobster & asparagus risotto. Overall wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning.

    We were upgraded from bar seats to a table when we arrived. Our server Trey was absolutely outstanding. He ensured that a small issue from the kitchen was resolved and we were accommodated for the inconvenience. Manager checked in as well along with the server’s assistant apologizing for a late arriving side dish. Beyond the late side, our meal and the experience were both extremely pleasant.
