Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Another AMAZING experience at the Capital Grille-Newtown, We were celebrating a close friends 50th birthday and the service, food, and atmosphere could not be any better, Many thanks to Danny Minera for another night of outstanding service.

    Perfect place for a birthday. Made the person feel special We did not order dessert nevertheless the brought out a lovely dessert for our birthday guest Servers were great. Only problem long delays for food delivery. Impressive Every person Chef , Manger Hostess work as a great team to deliver service

    Food was great as always. Found hostess desk a bit unorganized and not welcoming. We asked hostess for different table and she left us standing in middle of restaurant for several minutes and never came back to seat us. Luckily another hostess did who was pleasant. Might want to see why people have to stand waiting when several hostess working and restaurant empty. First impressions are everything!

    Everything from the cocktails, appetizers, main courses and side dishes were excellent. Service was great. We had a wonderful experience celebrating Grammy’s birthday!!!

    Love the idea of having Capital Grill in town! However, our waiter was an amateur and seemed unhappy about being there. Our steaks weren’t dialed in. We ordered rare steaks and they came out, medium and dry. At $70+ a steak they should be cooked to perfection. AND the servers should be well trained. Ours was not. The first time we went, when they first opened, we had a waiter named Kyle and he was super professional, and our meal was great! I don’t know what has happened since the opening, but we were not impressed. Won’t rush back!!

    We went for the Wagu and wine special and the burgers were delicious and the Duckhorn wines were superb. The service was not up to par due to our server having to handle the entire bar area on a busy time of day.
