   Dnrby, our head waiter was outstanding. The food was excellent and the service was great. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and the entire restaurant staff made her feel so special!

   Had a fantastic experience at The Capital Grill, thanks to Albert, the bartender. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the evening special with his great drink recommendations and top-notch service. Highly recommend visiting and asking for him!

   Another amazing “experience” at Capital Grille in the MetLife Bldg on a frigid day. The weather certainly did not keep guests away: The bar was full, all private rooms were reserved & the diningroom had a majority of booked parties. Hostess Brandie recognized I’m a regular & gave me a big smile of welcome, helped me check my coat & walked me to my table with a great chitchat along the way. GM Jill popped by to say hello and immediately asked if she could get me a drink. In no time Kristina appeared with my drink - explaining she works at the bar. Great service! - My treat is to arrive early & kick back in the quietness of the early evening to enjoy my drink before my client arrives. - I asked if Executive Chef Alex had a few minutes and he accommodated. I was interested to hear about his Capital Grille journey- 10+ years -NYC & Baltimore-commuting from NJ -family-6 & 11 yr olds. Chef Alex shared the Capital Grille differentiator: 14-45+ days dry aged beef - variety of cuts - a Wagyu cut for $100+ to wow guests! I ordered it and rolled my eyes with every mouthful: moist, Very tender, filled with a deliciousness in every bite! Exceptional!! Another wonderful evening! Thank you Mg Partner.    Service was impeccable as always. Tony completely and totally deserves a raise. He makes the experience at the Capital Grille unique for every patron. While service at the other locations are good, Tony exemplifies the essence of the Capital Grille’s utmost historic dining experience.

   My wife, son,and I had a great dinner experience. We had steaks and a couple of sides, along with cocktails. Our server, Barry, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and attentive, without be overbearing. He is a gem. In general, we found the entire staff to be welcoming. We will be back.

   Great food, service not so good. The noise level is awful. You couldn't hold a conversation. Left with a headache. The old Capital Grille (on 42sstreet) was a much more pleasant experience. At 42nd Street, it was a lovely dining experience. There they had room between the tables. Here there are too many tables, too much noise, and not enough waiters.

Centrally located atop Grand Central - Connected To east/west/New Jersey /Connecticut/Long Island, as well as the boroughs, is convenient for most. As A Boston native, I was a Boston flagship regular. Presently I live/work in Manhattan & I’ve become a huge Manhattan Bill Butler, Managing Partner fan. Bill donated to my daughter, Heather’s Breast Cancer Foundation. For many years. We lost Heather at age 25 of stage 4 metastasized breast Cancer. Bill has a “hidden weapon” Manager “Jill” - tiny in stature: GIGANTIC in Leadership Expertise!! Her team consists of 4 managers & a vast support team who are trained to accommodate “John Q. Public” & his myriad of “challenges”. Jill’s stilletos 👠are 5” or 6”, but don’t let that fool you!! Jill is EVERYWHERE & “The FORCE” skillfully managing this HUGE property: doubled in size from the last owner. #Patina’s #NAPLES 45. Most of Their competitors are salivating over their consistently high volume throughout: bar & lounge & main diningroom! Since openjng their volume continues!! PS: managing partner & Executive chef Alex Garcia skillfully delivers the “Capital Grille” core selections plus specials, to delight his guests: locals. Tourists, commuters!
