   We recently went to celebrate our work Christmas party, and we were pleasantly surprised. Starting from beginning to end, everything about The Charles was excellent. We will definitely be back. I can't remember our waiter's name, but he was great. He explained all the dishes for us and made some excellent recommendations.

   Seem like a wait staff was new..  not the service I’ve had here in the past. Drinks were slow, food was very fast (too fast, before drinks). Food was good but not great. Chalking it up to an off night.

   Great food. We left full but not stuffed. Our server, Charles, was knowledgeable and helpful with our selections.

   Had my birthday dinner here and it was a great time! Food was great and service was exceptional!! Enjoyed getting an after dinner cocktail at their speakeasy too

   Excellent as always! Also, Our waiter Austin, delighted and surprised us when we asked if they could serve us cigarettes with our espresso while we were on our way out to see Kacey Musgraves! He brought each brass tray with a Charles matchbook and a ciggy for each of us! Thank you for the European hospitality! So chic!

   Everything Duro Hospitality does is a hit, and The Charles is no exception! The service was impeccable, the drinks were top notch, and the food was delectable! We had a large party and showed up to the back bar an hour before for pre dinner drinks and they were so accommodating to take care of us and always kept us informed of the table. They treated the birthday guest to an amazing glass of champagne, and made the whole experience amazing. Charles was our server and he was great! Nate the Manager on duty as well as his whole staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back so many more times, and I am so happy that Duro has this gem in their repertoire!
