The Restaurant is open seven days a week for brunch, and dinner Monday through Saturday. The Private Dining Room inside The Restaurant seats 14 for tasteful gatherings. Take in the spectacular view of downtown La Crosse on the seasonal Rooftop Terrace (open May-September), and enjoy hand crafted beverages in the Lobby Lounge seven days a week.

                          My son and his girlfriend came for prom. Service was great. Steak wasn’t the best, especially considering the price. Overall everything was great.

                          The food and service were wonderful. We ate early and the restaurant was pretty empty so the noise level was low. Our server was so nice and accommodated my food allergies. We will definitely return.

                          Food was good and a good variaty. Dining room was spacious and the noise level was nice. Food temperature could have been higher. The staff was pleasant and sufficient providing ample service between courses.

                          We came for Easter Brunch. I've had breakfasts at The Charmant and have enjoyed them. We were not impressed with the cold food that came from the breakfast buffet...especially for $65 a person.

                          We love The Charmant, typically, but our most recent visit was so disappointing. We felt totally isolated upon entering the restaurant. Ridiculously long wait for any assistance or greeting. Water came and then nothing. We were prepared to leave when a kind associate offered to find us a server. But the poor service continued even after our order was taken. The 2 chocolates were appreciated. Hopefully it was just an "off" day.
