   After a long 10 hour drive, The Chop House was a welcome oasis. The surprising part, despite a full 3-course meal, we were in and out and back in our hotel room in under an hour. The food was heavenly and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend!

   It was just ok. In past experiences it was good. The fact that there was hardly a wait on a Friday evening should have been our first clue. Food portions were small, the tenders were tiny and they gave you 4/5 pieces. It was almost like they cut at whole tender in half and called it a whole one. They used to give you 3 tacos for the dinner portion, now you get the lunch portion of 2 for the dinner price. Mac and cheese was dry. Service felt rushed. Fries were good and the sweet potato was good. For the price there’s better value and portions elsewhere.

   Normally this the location we bring family and friends. Always been great. Tonight was the service was not up to Par. We had to ask the server to refill the beverage glasses. One of guest temp on the Steak Medallions was medium instead of Well done. Just was shock on the dining experience. Hopefully next time will be Improved.

   The prime steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare and were delicious! The artichoke dip is fantastic. And the crème of corn brûlée is a unique take!

   Had the small ribeye. It was tough and grisly. For $31.00 it should have been much better. I don’t recall when I had a bad meal at The Chop House but this was the poorest I’ve had.

    Service was great and the food was quite good. The wine was grossly overpriced. A small glass of the seeker was 1$ more than a full bottle at Total Wine.
