   We were a party of 16 with 3 small children and an infant. I must say our waitress, Tamika G., was phenomenal and the young man that was her partner taking care of us was wonderful as well. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Staff was very courteous. Food was wonderful as always. Kudos to the chef and cooks. The atmosphere made this small gathering a pleasure.

   Consistently excellent food and pleasing ambiance. Good selection of entrees at affordable prices. Gets crowded at prime mealtimes. Reservations are encouraged.

   Had a delicious dinner last night with friends. Food was excellent. Our waitress who claimed to have a photographic memory couldn't remember to bring us utensils and napkins without being asked or to clear the plates when we were finished. She also put the wrong entrees on the wrong bills. Other than that, she did a good job. This Chop House is close to our home to it makes for a quick trip for dinner. We'll be back as the number of restaurants we are willing to frequent continues to decline. The chicken piccata was delicious. My wife had the beef medallions and said they were excellent. Our friends enjoyed their meals as well.

   Very disappointed with this visit. Went there to celebrate my son’s graduation. It took 10 minutes for server to greet us and take a drink order. Once ordered it took 15+ mins to get our drinks. Our server was nice but it was obvious she had to many tables. At 45 ins in, we were finally able to order our food. Food took another 45 mins to come out. 2 steaks came out well done but were ordered medium. No one wanted to send theirs back because it took so long to come out. Drinks getting refilled was also a challenge. I expected better for the money they charge. I’ve eaten at Conners many of times and it’s always a great experience. This was not. I don’t think I would try Chop House again.

   Chophouse has potential, but Connors is way better. I had a reservation for 630pm and was seated shortly after. Now even though it was Mother’s Day, the food should not take an hour and forty minutes to come out of the kitchen. My side was missing, though they brought it once mentioned, and my steak was overcooked/dry. I will not return. Thank you.

   Had a reservation that we had to change twice as we were traveling and got caught up in traffic jams. Was easy to change which I was surprised at because based on other reviews thought it would be a busier place. Our server was very good, attentive. My husband ordered a steak which was almost over done and considering this is The Chop House thought they’d be more on top of stuff. My crab cakes were good but sugar snap peas had long strings on them that had to be removed bef I could eat them! Over all it was ok but not great like some reviews rated it. Prob won’t go back.

   The food and service were excellent. However, we were seated near two different tables with small children and they were unusually loud.

    Made reservation, arrived earlier than reservation got seated immediately. Very friendly waitress Kendall 5 stars for her! Drinks food and service were excellent. Would go back again.
