   Great drinks , dinner and service. We were seated right away and our server was excellent. We were seeing a show at the Improv and this was a great choice as it was pretty close by. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back.

   We went in for early dinner on a Saturday, it wasn’t very crowded but the seating is limited so it was good we had a reservation. We started off with the fritto misto which was well made but had some spicy peppers which were a bit too high on the spice level for me. My daughter enjoyed the yogurt parfait. For mains we got the Club burger for my husband - who said the meat was a bit too well done while he asked for medium well and the dish was a bit dry in general and lacked a good sauce. I got the shrimp and grits and was happy with it. Drinks were great, I enjoyed my mimosa and he, his Irish coffee. Service was prompt and flowed well, just small things like waiting for us to finish our appetizers before serving the mains ( or checking before doing so) would have been appreciated and felt less rushed. Overall we would recommend the place for drinks and small plates. Might try their brunch later some time as well.

   Great birthday dinner. My whole party loved their entree. They sang to me & the whole restaurant joined in and participated - really made it special. The vibe was great the drinks delicious and everything we ate was so good. Mixto frito, truffle fries, crème brûlée, steak entree, mock cocktails were on point. Truly a great bday dinner- thank you

   Food was fantastic and nothing was left on any plates from appetizers through desserts. Cocktails were also very good.

   This is a small bar/restaurant on Post street in downtown San Jose. The menu has a good variety. The portion sizes are small (three carrots were the veggie to accompany the shortribs). My husband had steak frites, our son had short ribs and both felt they were just ok. I had pasta vodka which was tasty, but nothing special. The burrata over the top was ice cold, which I found jarring. room temp would have been better over the hot pasta. There was no bread served (or even an option on the menu). The cocktail menu was extensive. It was noisy for such a small place. I don't think we would rush back.

   Very attentive staff, delicious & fresh food (the waffles were spectacular). Good N/A (non-alch) drink options. I’d recommend a mocktail menu. The music was nice as well. I will say that the projector was difficult to see until the brightness decreased in the restaurant. Overall, I cannot wait to return!!

   It’s been a week, but we’re almost certain our server was Nate, and he was notably outstanding in service. The food and drink were great. Definitely recommend the Salmon Cake Benedict and the Avo Toast. Partner enjoyed his espresso martini very much. Very quaint/cute ambiance for brunch.
