   Never had a bad experience, the staff always goes above and beyond! Our waiter, Jared was fantastic and took care of my friend for her birthday with a very delicious dessert!

   Went to dinner at The Collins for the first time, on the recommendation of a server at The Macintosh (a sister restaurant in the group). Amazing! We had the Short Rib with risotto and the French Dip. In fact, we could've probably had almost anything on the menu and been happy. It was a great, diverse menu of "scratch kitchen" items. We will definitely be back. Met Spencer, the GM, and he was a great guy.

    Food and drinks were great! Loved the shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, and prime rib. It seems like they don’t check if you listed a special occasion because we put celebrating an anniversary and it wasn’t acknowledged. Service was on the slow side, but friendly.
