We are a chef-owned restaurant that explores American and global flavors. Expect an awesome dinner of sharing plates, incredible cocktails, an award winning wine list and rockin' tunes! A mural wall by graffiti artist iSurge, lush tropical greenery and an herb garden helps set the mood on our outdoor patio. Recipients of consecutive Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence since opening for 10 years straight, and a DiRona Fine Dining Award recipient since 2016.
The menu changes slightly with every season, and the wine, sake, and beer list is always evolving and growing.
The Cook and The Cork does not want to be considered fine-dining, but we take food and drink seriously. Our goal is to have all our guests be a part of the fun, and to share the love we have for the restaurant, food, and staff. Private and large parties accommodated, please contact directly: info@thecookandcork.com or call 954-227-2665

Food is delicious and consistent, service is always great. Love the menu, short ribs are out if this world as are many of the appetizers. Best fried chicken also. Really really good. Hidden gem of Coral Springs. We've been many times and will go back.

The service was very good…the food was not. Korean Fried Chicken was mostly breading and mashed potatoes were bland. The kimchee, however was excellent. Wish there was more than two tablespoons of it. Short rib was tough. Tables are on top of one another and seeming lack of privacy as we could hear others’ conversations and I assume vice-versa. The red lighting makes for a dark restaurant but not in a romantic way. Seems dingy. And it’s very loud.

Great food. A little disappointed in the ambiance given the price point. The decor is a bit tired and needs updating in my humble opinion.

The Cook and the Cork is a huge hit for us. We went on Valentines Day to try out this place and find out what all the rave was about. They did not disappoint. Walking in, you are immediately greeted by the hostess and seated. We were given a charming table with a booth back which was super comfortable. Our server, Chris, came over, greeted us for Valentine’s Day, and asked if we had been there previously. We hadn’t so he gave us an extra welcome and asked if we wanted drinks to start. They had a Pistachio Espresso Martini on the menu which was right up my alley and the hubs had a daiquiri which he loved. The drinks came out and they were perfectly made and a great start to the evening. They had a special Valentine’s menu along with some of their regular items so there was quite a selection. We ordered the blue crab and avocado salad appetizer to start. This was on the special menu but they should definitely put it on as a regular item bc it was absolutely amazing. Blue card, avocado, greens and a delicious creamy balsamic that I find myself craving more of as I write this. I would have licked the plate clean had it been proper to do so. 😜 Next, came the main courses. I really wanted a surf and turf. They had filer on the menu and they had lobster tail on the menu but no combo. Well, here came Chris to the rescue. He had a chat with the chef and low and behold, a surf and turf dish was created. There was, of course, an up charge, and it was extremely reasonable for the amount of food, the quality of the food, and the freshness of the food. The lobster was a half pound tail and was cooked to perfection and served with a side of melted butter. The filet was topped with a reduced red wine mushroom sauce that really enhanced the filet without taking away the actual taste of the steak. Perfectly balanced. The hubs had the famous Korean Fried Chicken. Oh my stars!! Don’t walk, run fast to get this dish. It was the best fried chicken ever. Bottom line - 5 stars

I had high hopes for this quaint spot but was second guessing my decision when the appetizer arrived which included the smallest dates I have ever seen. Probably the size of olives. Usually bacon wrapped stuffed dates are of the larger medjool dates but to my surprise they went with the tindest kind available. Service was extremely lacking as I believe they were short staffed the entire night. It took roughly 50 minutes to get our entrees after our appetizer arrived. The entrees were average, nothing I would go out of my way to have again and not bad either. Dessert was a let down as they ran out of ice cream which paired with many of their desserts so we ultimately passed as we did not want to wait once again.
