   Staff were very good , friendly and efficient Food was delicious . Unfortunately though the restaurant was very cold , we had to ask for heating to be turned on and then up .

   Food was good, but my sister ordered salad with her meal which didn’t arrive until she was half way through her meal. The place was freezing and we asked 3 times for the heaters to be put on and no one followed through with the request. Being Mother’s Day, it would’ve been nice to have the fire going, it was a cold autumn day. Once again, the servers were disappointing. They need more training in recognising customer needs. Theres lots of staff, but no one is helpful. Staff should be allocated tables or restaurant sections so there’s more attention to details and follow through. “The customer is always right” seems to be forgotten.

   The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

   Good service and Danielle was great 😊 Also the Gentleman with red hair was amazing and the guy with the recommended drink or an old fashioned was great

   It took them over 30 mins to deliver our drinks. An hour for food to arrive. Yes it was a busy night (they are next door to a theatre with a sold out show that night). But our table was booked and I’m sure a lot of others would have been too. Staff were lovely and were literally running at times. More staff were needed. We would have ordered more drinks but they took too long to arrive and we had to wave down staff to order anything. Food was ok.
