   This was my first visit. I liked the quirky bohemian decor and the range of dishes in the menu. We both enjoyed the food we ordered . However we were seated next to a boiling radiator which made us feel we were in a furnace. We mentioned to a young waiter how uncomfortable it was making us and he said it was a very cold restaurant!!! It made us so hot we left before dessert or coffee. When paying the bill the waitress told us if only we had told her she would have done something about it!!! Not the best experience.

   This restaurant delivers on every front—fantastic food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The food was the real highlight. Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and made with high-quality ingredients. Thoughtful preparation and attention to detail were evident in every bite. With great service and outstanding food, this is a place well worth visiting. Highly recommended!

   Continues to be very Eugene McCoy, great ambience and great food. Service was very good, it could be improved by ensuring that all table staff have a great knowledge of the food that they are serving. Highly recommended.

    King prawns in sesame seeds and the ham hock terrine were both a taste sensation. Seafood pancake which I had as my main course was as good as it always is. Husband had the cod dish which he said was superb. We need to make a return visit so I can try each other’s meals!!! Thank you David and your kitchen team and all front of house who do a great job.
