Started with the bar tender charging me for 11 beers and other drinks when I ordered 2 beers and two cocktails totaling over $135. They had a New Years Eve menu and food was wedding food and coincidentally there was a wedding. Plated and served as a mass produced meal. Delicious but nothing special and convenient for them. Service was trash. Waited over 20 min to order a drink and the waitress kept saying I’ll be right there (4 times). I was given a half glass of water the entire time there while they had helpers walking around with their hands in their pockets. Manager was nice but catering but not in charge of his restaurant.

Went for Christmas dinner Had a drink and ordered to find out only well done prime rib was left Poor planning We left and went back to epicurean hotel for a good dinner there

Even though we had a reservation, the hostess seemed to not know what to do with us and showed us to a very undesirable table. We asked for a better table, which she accommodated. The restaurant was VERY cold. The server, Michael, was very attentive and helpful. The food (Tuscan soup and short ribs) was very good.

Went for Christmas meal. 5 persons. Service was incredibly slow. Seemed like a problem in kitchen. We were there almost 3 hours. Waitstaff rarely stopped by to check on us. For first hour we were only occupied table except for one other couple. Much of the staff just stood around talking with one another and ignoring us. Was told that it was a price fixe menu for Christmas but clearly was not, which was ok. But why tell us that when we were seated? Many of the Christmas menu special dishes were not available - not sure why since we were first guests of the day. Food quality was good. Place has possibilities with cool atmosphere with new decor, but with so many great dining choices in Tampa why go back?

Visit was on on Christmas Eve. The food was very good but the amount of time to receive our meals was way longer than expected. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes. Also $18 for 4 average store size shrimp is outrageous.

The food is very good and the atmosphere is amazing! Our serve was JJ and he was working the entire restaurant by himself and was doing an excellent job. We had the hummus and it was amazing! The deviled eggs were also a great tasting appetizer. My husband the burger with fries and our daughter had the salmon with the sweet corn succotash and honestly everything was absolutely amazing! The place gives off a 1920’s vibe and I just love the decor. Daniel was the host and everyone worked together in unison to get food out and the Salted Caramel Gelato is a must try! Thank you JJ and Juicy for all your hard work!
