The worst tea I have ever been too!!! The food, service, and atmosphere were beyond bad. The table was too small that we had to put our food on the floor. We waited for over an hour to be served anything. They did not separate the tea crowd from the bar crowd. It was like being at a bar before a Saints Game. They had no parking onsite. They also gave themselves a 22% tip!!!

This was an outing for the family for the holiday tea. I would not recommend the holiday tea, although I have dined and had drinks at the Davenport lounge outside of this event and it has been spectacular.

In the past we have enjoyed the Ritz Carlton tea over others for many reasons. This years fell subpar. We could not vallet park as we did in the past. Had to park and walk a few blocks in heels and dresses. The food was old, could tell it had been sitting awhile. The waitress was kind but way to busy which made us have a tremendous wait from time to time. I miss the times of good service and for the price point along with this year's experience, may not return.

Great service! We were disappointed that Papa Noel did not provide a sussie gift to our daughter as in years past. However, the kitchen was able to accommodate my gluten and dairy intolerance. The substitutions were so tasty!

Tea is supposed to be serene and relaxing. It’s in the bar area also. So noisy really bothered us. I suffer from anxiety and it really messed with it. We would not go back at all. The service was slow. Tea was cold. They messed my nieces kids tea order. So they told her she could order off the bar menu. Really chicken fingers at a tea??? We will not being going back and will be going to the Windsor Clutt next Christmas for tea. Would not recommend at all!!

We did afternoon tea. Didn’t get tea until 45 mins after reservation time. Tea cooled way too quick too. Food options were tasty. Kid menu was good. All food was good. Service was just very very slow. Even for tea. Harpist was very nice. Mocktails were very good.

I had eagerly anticipated afternoon tea at the Ritz-Carlton, booking months in advance for what we hoped would be a highlight of our vacation. Unfortunately, the experience was a profound disappointment, failing to meet even basic expectations.
To begin, the ambiance was utterly unsuitable for a relaxing tea service. Despite the presence of a harpist, her music was overwhelmed by loud chatter from the adjoining bar and those indulging in a continental breakfast. A proper partition between the bar and the lounge could have created the calm, elegant setting one would expect at an establishment like the Ritz-Carlton.
Our reservation was for 11:00 AM, and we were seated promptly. However, that is where the attentiveness ended. Our server approached us at 11:07 AM to take our tea and champagne orders. At 11:30 AM, he brought our champagne – but only managed to fill our glasses halfway, as he ran out. We assumed he’d return with the rest, yet he never did. By 11:45 AM, I had to approach the host stand to request his return and inquire when our tea might finally arrive. It wasn’t until noon that we were finally served tea, though the champagne remained elusive.
Our champagne was finally topped off 15 minutes later, and it wasn’t until 12:45 PM – nearly two hours after we were seated – that the long-awaited three tiers of food arrived. The food itself was passable but lacked essential accompaniments; notably, the scones were served without any butter or clotted cream.
To add insult to injury, shortly after receiving the food, our check was presented at 12:48 PM – a premature end to what should have been a leisurely experience. Despite the abysmal service, no portion of the meal was comped, and we were automatically charged a 22% gratuity for service that was practically nonexistent.
This afternoon tea was a regrettable experience. For a luxury establishment, we expected a memorable experience – unfortunately, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Incredible service, wonderful experience. The serving sizes could be a bit larger for the price (especially for allergen accommodation menus), but otherwise absolutely delightful! Will absolutely return
