If your restaurant is closed, don’t allow people to go out of their way to make a reservation for somewhere you know they won’t be able to go to.

Location is great. Atmosphere is great. Server was just ok, I feel like the staff needs training from successful local restaurants. Shouldn’t have to ask for the table to be cleared, or ask for more drinks. If they were attentive then would benefit the restaurant. Food was mediocre at best.

made appointment with opentable for 7 pm. showed up but the restaurant was locked. could see staff moving around through the window but no one came. Waited for 15 mintues for our group to arrive then went to another restaurant.

The decks is a bright, picturesque venue. The brunch menu is very limited and does not feature any gluten free options. Whole wheat bread was served as a dark rye bread. Drinks took about 20 minutes to get from the time we ordered them. Waitress was not very attentive but was very kind and welcoming. Overall it was a fun brunch but definitely has room for improvement!

The experience overall was great. Unfortunately there were some concerns. Two were dining. We asked for cutlery and received one set. I had to request for more than one at the third set of food. We asked for water and one was brought for us to share. We would have stayed longer and spent more but this wasn’t acceptable. Additionally, the mens bathroom stall had no door. I’m not sure how anyone why anyone in a multi person public bathroom would allow for the stall to have no door. Terribly embarrassing for the person in the stall being walked in on. Hopefully a better experience next time.

We sat for 40 minutes waiting for them to bring waters, it just went down hill from there.

The view from up high was nice, decent prices and variety, and there was a tall lamp that kept us warm at night. The only issue was our wait time. After being seated it took a bit to be greeted, for drinks, to order, for food, we weren't checked on at all, and had to leave the table to find someone to get our bills. Everything took longer than normal.
