   Wonderful setting in a hotel. Food was excellent and our server was friendly and attentive. Remembering our anniversary with complementary champagne was a very nice touch. Would definitely return.

   We always enjoy the Ebbitt Room. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 26th Anniversary. Great meal... I had the scallops dish and she had the Yellow Coconut Curry dish. Its always a nice ambiance. It's our top places to eat in Cape May.

   We had our first dinner at The Ebbit Room. 1st class service, beautiful ambience, but very pricey. We usually go for drinks and the wonderful bar, and even though the drinks are priced fairly- the food prices for such a small menu were more than over priced. I understand a lot is farm to table and don’t get me wrong the food was great, but for 2 couples the bill was extremly high. That’s my one and only critique. My compliments o the chef.

   Great place for a special occasion. Everything was wonderful. My husband and I both had the scallops for our entree. This was our second visit to the Ebbitt Room and it did not disappoint. We’ll be back for sure.

   We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary with dinner at the Ebbitt Room, which was recommended to us by a very good friend of ours. First time and it won’t be our last! Absolutely outstanding restaurant and service! Our waiter was excellent, I don’t remember his name ugh but he was a such a great guy! The food was absolutely amazing and delicious! Everything was SUPERB! Also I loved that they had mocktails on the menu and they were so yummy! Thank you so much Ebbit Room for a beautiful dinner and evening 🥰

   We were celebrating a special birthday with a group of five women. Every single thing we experienced was outstanding! The service was flawless. Our server gave great recommendations for wine, appetizers and food. The food was delectable! They also made a special effort for our birthday guest of honor and gave her a lovely little scoop of ice cream with a candle because we were too full to order dessert! It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

   The Ebbitt Room overall was very good. We loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent My dish halibut was perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. My wife got the Duck special unfortunately the duck was a bit tough and could have been spiced up to add more flavor Appetizers and desserts very tasty. A wide selection of wines at all prices ranges their bourbon selection best I’ve seen

   The food was as usually perfect. We started with cocktails, one of which had to be sent back to have olive juice added for the dirty martini that was ordered. My wife started with the squash soup which she said was excellent and had the scallops which were cooked to perfection. I started with calamari, that was tender and very flavorful. My entree was the duck over warm rice and bok Choi which was one of the specials and came out m/r as ordered and excellent. We were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink with our meals. When asked about dessert, we graciously refused and ask for the check, at which time our server called us low maintenance and retrieved our check. The Ebbitt Room has been one of our go to’s for special occasions for decades, Not anymore. I’m not dressing respectfully and sitting next to others dressed in sweat pants and T-shirts and pay the price that I did. The room was very noisy. Not the place of the past. The quality of the food is definitely there but the ambience and attention to details by our server are long gone.

   Our dinner was delicious. We shared the Yellowtail crudo and the beet salad. My husband enjoyed the Cioppino and I had the scallops. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a couple glasses of champagne. For dessert we shared the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. A wonderful dining experience.
