   Food was amazing and priced incredibly well! Service prompt and friendly and intuitive- I never had to ask for anything, whatever I needed simply appeared! My server Madison was outstanding!

   First time at The Edison, will not be the last. Our server, Natalie, was pleasant, informative and attentive to our needs. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday, and she was greeted by the hostess with a "Happy Birthday" also received a birthday card signed by the staff and a wonderful chocolate cake with berries for desert...with candle! Food was excellent and the place was hopping, even though we had an early reservation. Looking forward to our return.

   Service was really great. Apps and salads were good. My wife had the mushroom ragout…it was ok a little strange with a the ragout on a piece of white bread on the bottom but my cacio E Pepe was definitely not cacio e Pepe. It had garlic and a béchamel sauce. No cacio e Pepe I’ve ever had comes with a bechamel or garlic. Pepper, pecorino Romano, and pasta water that’s it. What I had was an adult Mac and cheese. It’s too bad because the ambiance and service was awesome. I had high hopes but fell REALLY short of it.

   American bistro, good food selection that was tasty and close to excellent but just a tad lacking. Drinks poured strong. Would go back, if near by, but not worth making the long drive there.
