   We had a table for 2 in the bar area which was a bit noisier than when we’d had a table in the dining area of smallish rooms (which we liked better.) Food was amazing and inspired. They were willing to put spicier sauce in the side for me which was appreciated! Staff was great. A special set with choices so we chose to get different items to try and all were so good!

   We had the Valentines Day dinner. Very elegant and well prepared meal. Best food in Bethel.

   This is like dining in a private home. The setting is lovely. Quiet, nicely furnished and comfortable. The staff is efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the menu. Cocktails were perfectly prepared. The food is gourmet quality, served warm and well seasoned. Definitely worth many visits!

   Three of us for dinner. We went early in the evening so it was very quiet in the dining area. Food was excellent and so was the service. Staff went ABCD ( above and beyond the call of duty) helping me get two 90+ year olds in and out of the building on a frigid evening. Our favorite restaurant in Bethel!!

   We went to The Elizabeth for my birthday. It was my first trip to Bethel. It was really very nice. The food was all very good and creative. We loved the Break Service, the carrots, the burger, and the poached pear with wine sauce. It was so well presented and really delicious.

   We had a surprisingly very good meal at the Elizabeth Giest House and Restaurant while vacationing at Sunday River - we enjoyed all of the food, especially the lamb shank, in a quaint home-like environment.
