   The good was well presented and tasted great. I had the monk fish which was cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We had a 60th birthday celebration, and we’re glad we chose Eyna for the location.

   We loved the food & service was amazing but the music was too loud that we struggled to have a conversation with our friends. It’s expensive also

   Excellent food and service as always. There was live music as it was a Friday evening which was quite nice but was very loud, even though we were on the other side of the restaurant and it made conversation very difficult…… Otherwise a very enjoyable evening and will definitely be returning….

   Always amazing experience and food is always top quality and always mouth watering. Lovely customer service, polite, clean and presentable and the upkeep in the whole restaurant is definitely worth a 5 star review.

   We eat here very often. The portions are huge, food outstanding. Service attentive and friendly. I recommend Eyna.

   Very nice place but bad customer service. Lady at door has a very rude attitude. No cloak room so coats have to be around table.

    Chaos - in a word. Table booked for 21.00, still waiting for mains at 23.20. Had to go to bar for own orders as waiting staff so few, lots of people complaining about the really poor service and waiting over 2 hrs for food. Asked for manager and he never came. Found him in the kitchen, full of apologies but really ruined the night. Other tables got their good served as midnight countdown started. Lots of unhappy people and atmosphere really turned miserable. Bar was open to public which added to the delay for drinks as they stafff served those first. Did get £100 off the bill but when it was almost £700 for 5 of us felt even this was an insult. Will not be back Eyna! Shame as the food we did get was quite good. Lobster bit overcooked but may have been that it sat under the lights waiting to be served. As I said. Chaos!!!
