   Very nice place but the customer service was rubbish , waiter would see I’m calling them but they don’t come. Most of the time they was together in one corner talking and not taking any notice of me calling them over even though they have seen me out my hand up several times. Food was good stuff and the place looks nice. Overall the customer service has been very disappointing.

   The look of the restaurant certainly is stunning, shame the food is not as amazing, but it’s good, however I’ve eaten much better Turkish food before. Lunch time menu chicken shish was standard but the rice looked like boil in the bag. Ribs were fatty and unable to separate the fat from the meat. Kids dinners were not ordered therefore never showed with the mains and once brought their chicken shish arrived without chips. Drinks looked nice. I’m glad I went but I wouldn't have paid the full price (evening cost) for what I got at lunch so I hope you get much more for your money.

   Very nice venue and despite it being super busy service was fast and food quality wasn’t affected. Cocktails were top tier too, arguably better than the food

   Been here several times now and never had a problem but on Saturday evening we showed up five minutes early for our booking to be told to wait five minutes while they sort our seats,40 minutes later after watching lots of other couples come in and be seated I asked how long it wouldn be for our table,with a look of surprise (obviously forgot us ) they then showed us to our seats with not even an explanation or apology

    Our first visit here and definitely won't be our last. Beautifully decorated restaurant with welcoming staff. Could feel a lovely buzzy vibe as soon as you walked in and had a feel like you was on holiday somewhere exotic. Waiting staff were smart, polite and courteous, and was made to feel very special and that nothing was too much trouble. Drinks and food were ordered and delivered in great time. An amazing choice of food, drink and cocktails. Food was delicious and melted in your mouth. Throughout the evening there was a singer who walked around whilst singing and was very interactive. The singing varied throughout the decades and it wasn't too loud that you couldn't hear each other talk. Overall, one of the best meals and evenings I've had. Only one very minor criticism is that the car park is a bit chaotic, but there is a member of staff there trying to organise it the best they can.
