   While the service is always good the kitchen seemed to be slow. The only real complaint we had was that the wagu burger and fries came out soggy. The bottom of the service plate and an excess of liquid which soaked the burger bun and fries. A minor issue is that the fries were way too salty for our taste.

The Fancy Burger is served with a bone marrow au jus on the plate, which adds richness but clearly impacted the texture more than intended.    Enjoyed starter- bread, cheese, and pickles; then, problems-fish was not hot, broccoli was not hot. Potatoes were great, but only warm briefly.

   Service was slow. Service staff not well organized and many looked unprofessional (sloppy). Only one server for the entire room and lots of others just walking around doing nothing. Someone needs to get them organized and at the same level as the food!

   Lovely water view dining room, considerate service and delicious food. Our only complaint is the (very) uncomfortable chairs. Can’t wait to try the deck for cocktails.

   Romantic little restaurant right on the seawall. The staff was friendly and welcoming albeit busy and therefore not the most attentive. The food was delicious especially the pickled veggies and crispy potatoes. Prices felt a little on the high side but considering that everything is locally sourced and fresh maybe it was justified. I would absolutely dine here again.

   This was my first time to have brunch (or any meal!) at The Fancy at Hotel Lucine. We were seated promptly at a table with a view of the water. The brunch menu had a nice selection. The food was divine and the coffee was excellent. It was quiet and elegant in a casual way. We will be back, for sure!
