   This is my new favourite in Banff. The pasta is so fresh. Great selection of cocktails and wine.

   Great spot with the best pasta in Banff. Was a group of 4+2 kids and ordered ox board+foccacia, chopped salad, shrimp + gnocchi pastas, and the veal, and cauliflower. Everything was excellent and a good variety to share. Ambience was nice and not too loud, although we are in Banff every week we still loved the view of the street done up in Christmas lights and of Sulphur Mountain. Definitely will be back!

   Only disappointment was that we were going to do a family style - lobster/risotto, ribeye etc but had to change plans due to there being no lobster.

   First visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We went early to take advantage of their happy hour. We were able to try a lot of different things. The shrimp scampi was delicious, and the fries!!! We ordered 2, we like them so much. We also tried the pecorino & olives, elk meatballs, east coast oysters, and the bison tagliatelle bolognese. Everything was delicious. The waitress Cody was a gem. She was knowledgeable about the menu, the wine, and she was super friendly and engaging. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Banff.

   By far the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had in Banff. Everything from the moment we walked in was perfect, from the service, excellent cocktails and the outstanding food quality. We will be back to try everything on the menu. Thanks to the whole Fat Ox team for a perfect night out.

   Absolutely wonderful dinner. Excellent server, manager (?) checked with every table as to how everything was, the food was exceptional. Price was extremely reasonable. Looking forward to going back and trying something else on the menu.
