   Unique duck dish, well-cooked, just overall too sweet for my taste, and not very much duck on the plate. My friend's catch of the day was a large portion, perfectly cooked, and delicious. the desserts were fabulous, and the wine was excellent too.

   I went with my mom the other night while trying appetizers at various different local restaurants, Snook was definitely a favorite. I had the Papusa and my mom had the crab soup, paired with different wines. 10/10 will be going back soon

   Had the cornbread for an appetizer, catch of the day salmon for an entree & the rum cake for dessert. Everything was top shelf. Great place to eat in Cocoa Beach.

   Everything was absolutely amazing, if you're looking for a great dining experience on the space coast this place is very hard to beat. Don't let the prices scare you, if you want perfection this is the place to go.

   Presentation and quality of food was excellent, although pricey. This establishment needs lots of updating to earn the reputation it has somehow acquired. It is clean, the service is great, but the building is dated. Also, only wine and beer are available, no cocktails.

   The FAT SNOOK is a hidden gem! One of the top 10 restaurants in Brevard overall depending on your palate. They have a limited menu which is genius as they can perfect the options presented to you. With so many unique appetizer choices we had a difficult time deciding if we would indulge in an entree or dessert also. The appetizers.. scallops with a bacon marmalade (while a very small potion) were divine as was the pineapple seared tenderloin app. Both sauces were amazing. The deviled eggs were very good and unusual. The pineapple griddle pan cornbread is a must try! The brussel sprout app was was drenched in balsamic. We were fairly full however ordered the special farro island salmon with sweet potato curry stew? These were my least two favorites as one was overly salty and drenched in stew sauce and the other was overly acidic.. The salmon was still a nice dish however. The ambiance was calming and fairly quiet as it was a Tuesday night. A casual yet upgraded environment. The attentive service was much appreciated as well. On my next visit... ordering the scallops app, mussels w/ mashed potatoes app, pineapple tenderloin app, cornbread and probably the duck (depending on fresh catch) on menu as those appear to be the winners here. I highly recommend making a reservation and giving this hidden gem a try just understand prior to arrival that parking is tight here and they serve beer and wine only. Thank you for a really nice dining experience.

   Fresh and refined are two things that come to mind. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. On the website one can find the recurring items, and every day there is a 'fresh catch 1 & 2' that provides creative variety, as well as the 'crab feature' appetizer. Never disappointing, always a pleasure.

   The food and service were fantastic!! We celebrated our anniversary and we were welcomed with a card signed by the staff. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, the waitress Gina had great recommendations and coursed everything for us. Plus, the decor and ambiance were lovely. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Cocoa Beach area.

   Our server was absolutely phenomenal & informative. She helped recommend a wine for our delicious meal. The farmer market pasta, burrata salad, cornbread, creole shrimp, and filet were so fulfilling! Hot take- the rum cake was better than the key lime pie , but it was a close call! So happy we got to stop by during a short visit to Cocoa Beach!

    Had super night at The Snook w/ top server, Casey! We shared the Papusa & a citrus crab cake special for apps and then moved onto a fantastic filet while my wife had the shrimp w/ pumpkin grits. We finished w/ the key lime and everything was cooked to perfection while we enjoyed a great bottle of red I brought. Thanks for a terrific night!
