Found this place in the Michelin guide. Made reservations on open table. This place should not be listed in Michelin or take reservations on open table. It is just a dive bar with horrible food and drinks. The dining area is full of people standing between the tables and bumping into diners. The food is horrible. This place has no business taking dinner reservations and must have been put in the Michelin guide by accident. Total waste of time and money. Open table would have better luck taking reservations for mcdonalds.

Reserved a table for a birthday dinner. 8 people for 8pm. It was so crowded in here. People were standing over us while we were eating and putting their drinks on our table. When we asked a couple people to stop doing that, they got in our face. I was definitely not thrilled about that. I commend our server, who was amazing- having to deal with all the crowds and getting us decent food and drinks pretty quickly. As this was a Birthday, we had additional guests meeting us for drinks after the dinner. Those people could not get in, even though I had reserved this table & explained that there will be a few additional guests arriving. We ended up having to leave. It just wasn’t fun being squished and unable to have a conversation. Not a place to have a dinner. Even though the food was good.

Great vibe inside. Also one or two bars downstairs. Apps and entrees were awesome, will definitely go back.

Great place to chill (upstairs) or get more social (downstairs). The happy hour pricing for drinks makes having one more drink a bit more affordable. LOVED the fried chicken. Delicious. Not greasy. A terrific stop on the LES.

Visiting from out of town and found this place as it was close to hotel. Good food and service. A tad pricey for what you get but that’s NYC. Like the organic touch on the beef and chicken. Great music, ambiance is better than the other places in China town. I’d go back.
