   We ordered the oysters Rockefeller, their land & sea special (filet medallions/scallops) and the flourless chocolate cake. They were all delicious and the service was magnificent. They were aware that we were headed to the theatre and made sure they had us out the door in time. Fabulous evening!

   It was my wife’s birthday. My wife started with a white wine sangria, I had a St. Paloma. For starters she had the gouda tomato bisque, and I had the dirty oysters. The soup was a little too salty for me due to the cheesiness, but my wife loved it. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had. Then we shared the beet and bleu salad salad. The dressing was a gustatory treat. The wagyu ribeye was perfectly cooked to medium and sliced for us to share. I had au poivre vert sauce and my wife had truffle butter. It was not necessary as the steak was tender and juicy, but the sauces took the experience to a higher plane. For sides we shared the maple roasted carrots and the Brussels sprouts. Their flavors were the perfect accompaniment to the steak. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the pannacotta. Both were amazing. The pannacotta was too sweet for me to have more than a few bites, but that’s just a personal preference as I don’t eat dessert often. Candace was our waitress and she was a gem who made my wife’s birthday experience memorable.

   Once again, another wonderful experience. Aaron our waiter was fabulous as always . Food was amazing and looking to the next visit.

   A most delightful and delectable experience! From the moment we sat down, our stellar waitress Julianne made our first-time visit a most memorable evening. Her impeccable knowledge of the menu was only outdone by the delicacy of each and every dish. From appetizers to entrees, the superb quality of the food was amazing, highlighted by the chef's preparation and presentation. The Fort Steakhouse is definitely worthy of a Michelin Star rating!

   Another great night at The Fort. Chris made delightful cocktails, of course. Best bartender in town! Julianne took care of our table, and was terrific. Attentive without hovering, and charming, too! Candice and Cynthia dropped by to say hello, and make sure we had everything we needed.
