The Fox and Hounds is a gastro pub and restaurant, nestling in the heart of the beautiful village of Whittlebury, South Northamptonshire. We’re just a stone’s throw from the home of motor sport – Silverstone – and close to the market towns of Towcester, Brackley and Buckingham.

The service was very good but as a pescatarian, there was only one suitable fish dish on the menu, so my choice was very limited. I had the sea bream and it was tasty if a little over-salted. I couldn't have the fish and chips because their chips are cooked in beef fat. My wife and I had booked the Fox and Hounds for Valentine's Day but after my meal today we have cancelled. We have eaten there occasionally many times over the last 30 years and always enjoyed it, just a shame the menu no longer suits our diet.

Amazing meal food was outstanding. Service was second to none, lovely staff very polite and very professional. Would certaintly recommend to eat here.
