   We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Globe for lunch . The food was lovely , the staff were very pleasant and there was a lovely atmosphere . Will definitely be back .

   Amazing meal. We had the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and so well presented. Service and drinks were great too. A lovely treat.

   We went for the lunchtime set menu with the wine pairing option. Every course was outstanding with quality wine all the way. The service team were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and attentive. Overall, it was a splendid afternoon, highly recommended.

   Superb experience with Michelin level cooking at pre award pricing. Very difficult to find this level outwith a major city and I would say this is now a destination restaurant. The head chef is very capable and has an impeccable cv which shows. The serving staff are charming and knowledgable without being overpowering which is surprisingly rare but very welcome.
